Have a passion for poverty alleviation and development research. Currently researching U.S. homelessness, in particular homelessness in New York City.
Research Assistant for Dr. Rajiv Sethi, publishing interactive economic content from CORE’s The Economy textbook online to make undergraduate economics topics more accessible and easier to understand. Primary coding language is R Shiny and JavaScript. Produced four modules with Belén Hípola and Sondra Plotnik. We will be fully publishing to a dedicated site in mid-Spring 2023, but an example module on inequality is here.
Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Economic Reasoning undergraduate course, conducting weekly recitation lectures, creating problem sets, grading, and hosting weekly office hours.
Summer instructor at U.S. Navy’s helicopter flight school conducting flight and classroom sessions to U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard student aviators and allied students from partner nations. Awarded 2021 reserve instructor of the year.
